Early voting across Central Texas turning significant totals in Bell and McLennan Counties

Early voting demonstrates that people are interested in having their voice heard with nearly 100k votes have been recorded between Bell and McLennon Counties alone

BELL COUNTY, Texas — Sunday night capped off tremendous early voting totals in Central Texas. After early voting opened with a rush, the momentum continued throughout the week.

Nearly 100,000 votes have been submitted through seven days in Bell and McLennan Counties altogether. More than 56,000 votes came from Bell County while a little over 42,000 voters attended poll locations within McLennan County.

Bell County has eight polling locations spread throughout the county. The largest single day total at any location - 1,749 - was Temple ISD Admin Building at 401 Santa Fe Way, Temple Tx 76501.

McLennan has five voting stations in the county, and the highest single-day voting total at any location happened on Saturday at the county's Hewitt City Hall poll, which can be found at 200 Patriot Ct., Hewitt, TX 76643.

Smaller counties are having voters cast their ballot, but not all of the counties are reporting their numbers. 

Coryell County, which borders five counties including Bell and McLennan, posted 11,603 votes at its Gatesville and Copperas Cove voting locations.
