Belton cookie shop in danger of closing its doors forever

Warm Cookie Belton, located downtown and in danger of closing permanently, posted to social media to draw customers.

BELTON, Texas — Warm Cookie Belton cookie shop announced it is in danger of closing by the end of 2024.

On Wednesday, the shop posted on social media, telling the Belton community they could be out of business after Christmas instead of the end of January. A screenshot of the post is below. 

Warm Cookie Belton is known for its cookies, ice cream, oatmeal cream pies and more! You can order all of these online and even customize your items! Flavors and sweet treats range from chocolate chip to snickerdoodle, below is a list of cookie flavors that include but are not limited to:

  • Chocolate chip
  • Salted caramel
  • Sugar
  • Snickerdoodle
  • Peanut butter
  • White chocolate macadamia nuts

Store hours:

  • Sunday - Monday - Closed
  • Tuesday - 1 p.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday - 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Thursday - Saturday - 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
