MCLENNAN COUNTY, Texas — TxDot has reported a major collision on the I-35 southbound mainlanes near BUS 77.
As emergency personnel work to clear the collision, the estimated time for it to clear is one to two hours, according to TxDOT. Traffic is estimated to be backed up for two to four miles from the collision, as reported.
Please use caution and abide by all rules of the road while traveling the area. As a reminder, traffic fines double in construction areas when workers are present, whether or not they are visible, as stated by TxDOT.
