What Pirate fans need to know before traveling for Friday's state championship game

Are you heading to the state championship game to cheer on La Vega? Here's what you might need to know before kick off.

ARLINGTON, Texas — For those who are heading to the 4A D2 state championship on Friday to cheer on the La Vega Pirates as they take on Carthage, here are a few things you might need to know before you go.

Tickets:

All tickets are general admission. It costs $20 to get in unless you use the discount code: 4AD2V24 which will take $5 off.

Seat Geek is the best site to purchase the tickets and to use the code.

AT&T is a cashless stadium so no cash will be accepted.

Bags:

AT&T Stadium has a clear bag policy, only clear bags are allowed.

Security will be enforced before entering the stadium.

No powder, confetti or streamers will be allowed in the stands.

Banners/Noisemakers:

Banners are allowed into the stadium but must be removed immediately after the game ends. They are not allowed to be attached to sticks or poles.

Noisemakers are PROHIBITED from the stadium. This includes airhorns and whistles. Only man made noisemakers are allowed like inflatable boom sticks, clackers and cowbells.

Parking:

Parking is $25 per vehicle.
