MARLIN, Texas — Dr. Darryl Henson was named as the Marlin Independent School District's new superintendent Wednesday. This comes after a special board meeting that was held that day, according to the Marlin ISD Facebook page.
Henson was the assistant superintendent at Cedar Hill ISD before he signed with Marlin ISD.
"Marlin ISD is very excited to have Dr. Henson leading the way to excellence! Stay tuned for more from Dr. Henson and more for Marlin ISD! Go Bulldogs!" a post on the Marlin ISD Facebook page said.
