Suspect accused of shooting, killing Temple man charged with murder, $1 million bond set

Kevin Jaramillo Ramirez has been charged with murder for his accused killing of Paolo Tescari Thursday morning at the Santa Fe Plaza in Temple.

Officials have set the bond and charge for a suspect arrested and accused of shooting and killing a 47-year-old man in Temple on Thursday, Nov. 7.

Kevin Ramirez, 17, has been charged with murder for killing Paolo Tescari, 47 that morning at the Santa Fe Plaza in Temple. A local citizen flagged an officer and called 911 to report the shooting, and Ramirez was found by another officer in the area after he fled on foot and got into a car in an attempt to get away from the crime scene.

The responding officer attempted to save Tescari's life, but he later died from his injuries.

In addition to the murder charge, Ramirez's bond is being set at $1 million.
