TEMPLE, Texas — A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for Mills County until 7 p.m.
The National Weather Service outlines the following instructions:
- Take cover now
- Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building
- Avoid windows.
- If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
Damaging winds capable of downing trees, power lines and more are possible.
