WACO, Texas — TxDOT crews will install an all-way stop along the I-35 frontage road near the Forrest Street bridge in Waco this February.
According to a release by TxDOT's Waco District, crews will begin installing flashing stop signs and safety lighting on both the frontage road and Forrest Street bridge beginning on Feb. 6.
Signage will be installed in both directions of the frontage road, said TxDOT, creating an all-way stop on both the northbound and southbound frontage road.
TxDOT- Waco District says the signage and lighting will enhance the safety of the area, though they encourage drivers to use extra caution around the intersections as the public gets used to the new configuration.
