Semi-truck crashes into median near Nugent Ave. in Temple

TEMPLE, Texas — No one was injured after a single-vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler Amazon truck caused Temple police to shut down lanes going northbound along I-35 near Nugent Avenue.

Around 9 a.m., police posted on Twitter and said an 18-wheeler Amazon truck lost control and struck the median on I-35 by Nugent Avenue, according to Temple Police.

Drivers should still expect delays because of the lane closures.

It has not been confirmed when police expect the roads to be back open.
