KILLEEN, Texas — Starting on Tuesday, a contractor with the City of Killeen will close the south intersection of South 2nd Street and West Veterans Memorial Boulevard to traffic.
The closure is to install water devices, and will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, weather permitting. There will be detours in place and a traffic control plan will be in place.
The city advises drivers to anticipate delays and to be cautious while on the road.
