KILLEEN, Texas — The City of Killeen is activating the brand-new traffic light at W.S. Young Drive and Little Nolan Road on Friday, Feb. 23.
According to the City, the signal will be in flashing mode for a few days in order to allow motorists to get used to it. During this time, traffic on W.S. Young Drive will see a flashing yellow signal and Little Nolan Road traffic will see flashing red.
The flashing red should be treated as a stop sign and the yellow as a proceed with caution.
The City says the signal will become fully functional on Tuesday, Feb. 27.
