PROSPER, Texas — Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott just earned a big raise at work, which means he has plenty of extra cash for home projects.
Including tearing down the home and building a new one.
That's apparently what Prescott is doing up in Prosper, where his sleuthing neighbors sent TMZ photos and video of Prescott's 8,800-square-foot mansion getting torn down on Tuesday.
Check out the TMZ images here.
The photos even included one of Prescott and his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, looking on as the demo work got underway. But apparently, this wasn't your typical home teardown. TMZ reports that the Dude Perfect guys, the North Texas-based trick shot creators, were involved in the bulldozing and that Prescott even posed with some of the machinery. So look for that video on your YouTube page soon.
Prescott bought the home back in 2019, and it's valued at just over $3 million, according to Collin County Appraisal District records. Of course, Dak put his own touch on the seven-acre property, which is located in the Whispering Farms development of Prosper.
He put in a tennis court in 2023 to go along with a turf football field he installed back in 2020, property records show. A glimpse of the house on Google Maps shows the the field, which looks to be about 50 yards in length with an endzone painted with the word, "FAITH."
The property also includes a small pond and a golf green (bunkers included).
Prescott gave reporter Graham Bensinger an ATV tour of the property back in 2020:
It's not clear what plans Prescott has for the property now. But he has about 240 million ways to make it happen.
Prescott and the Cowboys host the Detroit Lions on Sunday at AT&T Stadium.
