WACO, Texas — Baylor head coach Dave Aranda will officially be back in Waco in 2025 for his sixth season as the Bears head coach.
Coach Aranda led Baylor to a 49-35 win over West Virginia which clinched bowl eligibility for the Bears. This is now Baylor's third bowl game appearance in Aranda's five years in charge.
Baylor is now 6-4 on the season after a 2-4 start to the year and 0-3 record in the Big 12. The rocky start to the season brought speculations on if the coach would return next season.
