WACO, Texas — Baylor Athletics and Head Women's Basketball Coach Nicki Collen have agreed to a contract extension through 2030, announced by Vice President and Director of Athletics Mack B. Rhoades IV.
"We are thrilled to announce the contract extension for Coach Nicki Collen," said Rhoades.
Collen has been with Baylor for three seasons now, going 78-28 in that time with three trips to the NCAA Tournament. The Bears have also dominated the Big 12 under her leadership with 37-17 record to show for it.
"I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to continue to lead the women's basketball program at Baylor University," said Collen. "The trust and belief Mack Rhoades and Linda Livingstone have shown me from the beginning to sustain and continue to build on the storied success of the program is humbling."
The Bears will look to continue their sustained success in the new Big 12 this upcoming season.
