Want to check the status of your Texas ballot? Here's how

Anyone looking for the status of their ballot can do so by checking the Texas Secretary of State's website.

AUSTIN, Texas — Did you vote early or by mail in the 2024 election and are wondering what the status of your ballot may be?

Anyone looking for the status of their ballot can do so by checking the Texas Secretary of State's website.

To track an early ballot:

  • Visit the Secretary of State's website
  • On the drop down menu, select the "2024 NOVEMBER 5TH GENERAL ELECTION" option
  • Search “Official Early Voting Turnout by Date," which will allow you to download a spreadsheet and look for your name.

To track a mail ballot:

  • Visit this link on the Secretary of State's website
  • Enter the prompted information in the respective spots
  • Click "Submit."

All information available comes from individual counties across the state.
