Seven Bell County early voting locations remain open after storm damage

Seven early voting centers will continue to operate at regular hours until 7 p.m., said the County.

TEMPLE, Texas — Severe storms battered Central Texas on Wednesday, May 22, causing heavy damage across the area and leaving many areas without power.

In Bell County, some early voting locations have also been affected. The County said the voting center in the Temple ISD Administration building was without power on May 23, but power has since been restored and voting operations are back up and running.

Seven of the county's eight early voting centers will reportedly remain open on May 23, observing their normal hours and closing at 7 p.m., said the county

  • Killeen - Bell County Annex, 304 Priest Drive Killeen, TX 76541
  • Killeen - Jackson Professional Learning Center, 902 Rev R A Abercrombie Dr. Killeen, TX 76543
  • Killeen - Senior Center @ Lions Club Park, 1700 E. Stan Schlueter Loop, Killeen, TX 76542
  • Salado - Salado Church of Christ, 217 North Stagecoach, Salado, TX 76571
  • Harker Heights - Parks & Recreation Center, 307 Miller’s Crossing, HH, TX 76548
