KILLEEN, Texas — Killeen police arrested four people in connection with the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old man.
Shyheem Jubar Washington, 20, Dexter Gervard Washington, 46, Eric David Madden, 21, and a 15-year-old are all charged with murder.
Police were called to the 1900 block of Fleetwood Drive Tuesday at 5:36 p.m. where they found Luis Angel Santiago with a gunshot wound. Santiago died at Seton Medical Center.
Police later learned Santiago had been arguing with the suspects before he was shot.
Madden and Washingon were also identified as suspects in a shooting that happened May 30. Officers said they found the shooting victim in the 2800 block of Lake Rd. The victim was flown to Baylor Scott and White in stable condition.
After investigation, Madden was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and Washington was charged for failure to report a felony in connection to the May 30 shooting.
Shyheem and Dexter Washington along with Madden are all in the Bell County Jail with bonds totaling more than $1,000,000.
Police did not say where the 15-year-old was being held.
