CENTRAL TEXAS — Most voters know who-- or at least which party-- they will be voting for when they hit the polls, but far fewer know about the propositions they will have to decide on.
There are propositions on ballots in Bell, Coryell, Lampasas and Milam counties.
Here's a look at the six propositions that residents in those counties will see:
Bell County:
- City of Bartlett:
- Sale of the municipally owned electric utility
- Florence ISD
- Proposition A: $7.5M general school bond
- City of Morgan's Point Resort
- Sales tax increase for street repair and maintenance.
Coryell County:
- Proposition A: Amend Charter to remove redundant words
