WACO, Texas — A Waco law firm has been missing their pink dinosaur statue for two years.
Someone stole the metal velociraptor from outside the Callahan & King Law Firm in 2022.
They didn't bother to report the theft until Sept. 17, when they heard the dino had been spotted on someone's apartment balcony.
Waco PD says their "Dino Recovery Team" visited the apartment. They met a "very nice young lady" who had been using the pink dino as a flower stand.
She told police she got the statue from a yard sale, and was happy to give it back to the original owners.
To the law firm's "delight and appreciation", the dino is back home and enjoying a spot in the firm's front yard.
