ROGERS, Texas — The Bell County Fire Marshal's Office identified 64-year-old Manuela Carrillo as the one who died after a house exploded and caught fire in Rogers on Sunday, Dec. 24.

According to the Fire Marshal, the incident occurred at about 9:03 a.m. at 105 W. Gulf St.
