TEMPLE, Texas — The City of Temple is bringing a thrilling weekend of entertainment to the Draughon-Miller Airport at Central Texas AirFest from May 17 to May 19.
According to the City, the weekend will begin with a concert and drone show on Friday night. On Saturday, visitors can enjoy the airshow which is promised to bring high-flying thrills!
Airport Director Sean Parker stated, "We are thrilled to host the Central Texas AirFest and are excited for the additions we have this year, like the concert and drone show. This event will showcase the incredible skills of some of the top pilots and highlight the rich history of aviation in our region."
According to the City, the show will feature aerobatics, formation flying and military aircraft demonstrations.
The City says tickets will go on sale on April 1. Tickets bought online in advance will be $15 for general admission, $10 for children ages 6 to 17 and children under 5 are free.
