A man accused of killing two Temple O’Reilly Auto Parts employees was charged with two counts of capital murder Monday.
The suspect, 47-year-old Theodore Sims was a former employee at the store located at 1720 SW HK Dodgen Loop in Temple.
The two employees, 25-year-old Cody Glenn Cornell and 35-year-old Robert Joseph Pellerin, III, were found dead Wednesday, March 14 outside the business.
In addition to the double-murder, Sims is accused of being involved in an aggravated assault the same day at the Belton NAPA Auto Parts on E. 6th Avenue, according to police.
Sims is currently in the Bell County Jail.
