Family displaced after a structure fire in Robinson

The fire required a response from neighboring fire departments as well.

ROBINSON, Texas — The Robinson Volunteer Fire Department (RVD) was assisted by multiple neighboring fire departments in response to a house fire on Saturday, Aug. 17.

Waco Fire, City of Hewitt Fire Department, Lorena Fire Department and the Office of Emergency Management all responded to aid RVD in containing the fire.

One family has been displaced as a result of the fire, according to the fire department.
