TEMPLE, Texas — At 3:16 p.m. Monday, the Temple Police Department got a call about a rock hitting a vehicle after it was thrown from another car, public information officer Ellen Morton said.
Police said they don't have a description of the car that the rock was thrown from, nor the location of the incident.
First Call Auto Recovery owner Chris Rance said one of his tow truck drivers was driving east near H K Dodgen Loop, when someone in a black Dodge Charger traveling west threw the rock at the truck.
There were no reported injuries.
An officer did respond to the incident.
Temple police said none of the rock throwing cases are being treated as related.
