WACO, Texas — Waco Police need your help finding a missing teen that was last seen on Tuesday evening near a restaurant in town.
Harli West-Kelm, 17, was last seen on South 11 Street in Waco near the Popeyes around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. She was last seen in a pink and white striped tank top, white shorts, and gray slippers. Harli is described as having brown hair and brown eyes.
No information on who she may be with or where she may have gone was provided.
