WACO, Texas — Have you seen this man?
The Waco Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a missing man.
According to Waco PD, 41-year-old Omar Garcia Ortiz has been reported missing. Police described Ortiz as a Hispanic male, who drives and stays in a 1993 red Ford Econoline van with Arizona license plate EVA97W.
