MCGREGOR, Texas — The McGregor Volunteer Fire Department and the McGregor Police Department worked together to rescue a person trapped in a machine on Tuesday.
A Facebook post made by the McGregor Volunteer Fire Department states firefighters arrived at 2:26 p.m. in the 1400 block of Rattler Hill Road.
According to the post, the McGregor Police Department successfully moved the machinery off of the entrapped person by the time the fire department arrived.
Fire officials stabilized the equipment while Coryell EMS checked on the person.
The person suffered injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital, according to the post.
McGregor Volunteer Fire Department thanked Macedo Towing for using their tow truck to stabilize the equipment while law enforcement rescued the person.
