KILLEEN, Texas — The City of Killeen announced the completion of new upgrades to Conder Park, located at 810 Conder Street in North Killeen.
Killeen’s $4.6 million Parks Master Plan allowed a new and improved structure to be built, featuring climbing walls, a "hurricane" slide and a large canopy that covers it all.
The City says the new structure is also non-slip, shock absorbent and Americans with Disabilities Act compliant.
Previous updates to the park include a new skatepark, parking lot, field lights, restrooms, multi-use fields and much more for all of the community to enjoy.
