HILLSBORO, Texas — The Hillsboro Department of Public Safety seized $90,000 during a traffic stop Friday morning, according to the department.
The department reported that two officers initiated a traffic stop on I-35 on Friday and were joined by a K9 and commander.
The K9 and Commander Forms conducted a search of the stopped vehicle. The K9 alerted officers, who then found false compartments containing the large sum of cash.
