WACO, Texas — Get ready Waco, you moving-going experience is about to get a little more luxurious!
Cinemark announced it will bring a 14-screen theatre to Cottonwood Creek Market. The new luxury cinema with reclining chairs and wall-to-wall screens will be situated at the intersection of I-35 and Highway 6.
The theater will be a part of a 143-acre project.
In addition to luxury recliners and massive screens with 4K, the theater will offer a lobby lounge with food and drinks and movie buffs will be able to reserve seating.
“We are proud to work with our long-time partner, NewQuest, to bring the Waco community the ultimate movie-going experience with our new Cinemark location coming soon to Central Texas,” said Mark Zoradi, Cinemark’s CEO. “With our Luxury Lounger recliners, XD auditorium and more, Cinemark will give guests the opportunity to enjoy the newest films in one of the most innovative viewing environments."
The Cottonwood Creek Market will also feature restaurants, entertainment and retail shops as well as multifamily homes and office space.

The theater is set to open in spring of 2020.
