MCLENNAN COUNTY, Texas —
A man was gunned down by two people in a vehicle on the 3500 block of Mazanec Road north of Texas State Technical College and southeast of Elm Mott in September.
The victim, Brent Reynolds, 40, was shot several times. He died at the scene in front of his juvenile son.
Police say the victim knew the gunman, Jacob Jones, 28, who was charged with endangering a child as well as murder.
Jones was Indicted Wednesday by a McLennan Co. Grand Jury on a murder charge.
Another person was in the car when shots were fired, but was released by officers.
