CTC auctioning off surplus property, from office supplies to airplanes

From computers to furniture to land and air vehicles, Central Texans can place their bids on a whole host of items.

KILLEEN, Texas — Are you in need of a new computer, exercise bike or airplane? Central Texas College (CTC) might be able to help.

Until Feb. 1, CTC is holding an online auction where Central Texans can bid on a wide variety of items, including electronics, furniture, commercial appliances and even vehicles.

Among the 96 lots available to bid on are a bundle of 15 office chairs, five iPads with cases, multiple exercise bikes, commercial refrigerators, two Dodge Chargers and two CESSNA-152 airplanes, among many others.

The auction is being held through Lone Star Auctioneers (LSOauctions). Central Texans can view the items up for auction and place their bids through this link, or in person by making appointments with the CTC Shipping and Receiving Department at 254-526-1801.

Appointments are reportedly available between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Those who wish to place a bid must register by going to https://www.lso.cc/register/.
