TEMPLE, Texas — Brush up your resumes and dress to impress! The City of Temple is hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, Sept. 17 with the goal of filling open city positions.
The hiring event will be at the Frank W. Mayborn Civic & Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Several city departments will be there looking to hire part-time and full-time positions.
"There is an opportunity for you to leave with a conditional offer on the day of the event," the city wrote on its website.
The city encourages attendees to bring copies of an updated resume. It also encourages folks to be ready for on-the-spot interviews.
