TEMPLE, Texas — The City of Temple has officially ended the boil water notice for residents and businesses in West Temple earlier this week.
The notice, which was put out Wednesday morning, affected residents and businesses near and around State Highway 317, extending west to Woodland and north of the Leon River in the 835 and 720 zones.
The disruption arose from a series of events that resulted in low water pressure despite efforts from the city. According to the city, no harmful bacteria or other threats were found.
The City of Temple thanks its residents for patience and understanding during the boil water notice.
