Bell County meth bust: Man arrested after drugs, stolen guns, cash found in Belton home

Brian Nourse was arrested for an outstanding warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance after meth, stolen guns and cash were found in a Belton home on June 27, 2019 during the execution of a search warrant.

BELTON, Texas — A Bell County man was arrested after a meth bust at a home in Belton Thursday.

The Bell County Sheriff’s Department Tactical Unit executed a search warrant at a home in the 5200 block of Dog Ridge Road after an investigation into suspicions that Brian Lee Nourse, 44, was dealing large amounts of crystal methamphetamine.

While searching the home, officers found about 113 grams of meth, three stolen guns, and about $1,000 in cash.

One person was arrested at the scene for outstanding warrants.

Nourse was not at the home at the time of the search. He was later arrested for an outstanding warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Nourse is being held in the Bell County Jail on a $100,000.00 bond.
