TEMPLE, Texas — The Bird Creek Burger Company and Treno Pizzeria learned Wednesday that one of their employees tested positive for the coronavirus.
The restaurants were closed after receiving this information and the Bell County Health Department was contacted immediately.
The employee worked for three hours Monday but did not work at BCBC for nine days prior. According to owners, Tanglefoot Restaurants, LLC, all teammates follow and were following Bell County Health Department guidelines and protocols. They also said that the employee had limited contact with customers.
Effective immediately, BCBC and Treno will stop all operations. They have also provided all available customer information for people who were in possible contact with the employee upon Bell County's request.
