FORT HOOD, Texas — Harker Heights police said it arrested a 19-year-old man on Sunday for charges of sexual assault and unlawful disclosure of intimate material.
Fort Hood Criminal Investigations Command helped the Harker Heights Police Department make the arrest.
Dillan McCullers sexually assaulted a victim, and recorded video of it, on Feb. 10 in the 1600 block of Indian Trail, according to police.
On Feb. 20, the district attorney's office reviewed the case, and then a complaint and affidavit for McCullers' arrest were filed, police said.
Arrest warrants for both charges were issued on Feb. 21, according to police.
McCullers is being held at Bell County Jail on a $100,000 bond, police said.
