KILLEEN, Texas — Fort Hood is set to host its 42nd Mega Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Club Hood, where a total of 150 vendors will present more than 20,000 job opportunities.
The free event is hosted by Fort Hood's Soldiers For Life: Transition Assistance Program for soldiers and members of the military, as well as other community members in search of a job.
Although registration is not required for the event, non-military members are required to obtain a pass at the Marvin Leath Visitor Center before going on post.
Parking will be available at Hood Stadium, located off of Clear Creek Road. A free shuttle service will also continuously run from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The assistance program plans to host another Mega Job Fair on June 18.
