The district has announced that this year, students and faculty will now have a fall break from Oct. 9-13, 2023.
Even with school closures due to the ice storm, the first and last day of school will not change and students are expected to meet the required number of instructional minutes, according to the district.
The Board of Trustees, says they hope that the extra fall break will serve as another benefit as the district prepares for its job fair in March.
