KILLEEN, Texas — A 53-year-old woman was shot dead in Killeen, police say.
The Killeen Police Department responded to a welfare check at the 2700 block of Taft Street in Killeen on Monday, Sep. 9 at approximately 11:23 p.m., where they found the victim.
The victim has been identified as Elizabeth Rosario Quick. She was pronounced dead by Justice of the Peace Nicola James at 12:47 a.m.
Police say the incident is determined to be domestic related.
