TEMPLE, Texas — The Temple Police Department is searching for 18-year-old Manajh Peoples who is wanted by police on warrants of deadly conduct and evading on foot.
Police say Peoples is 5'8-5'10, 135-155 lbs, brown hair with possible highlights, brown eyes and a rose tattoo on his right wrist.
