WACO, Texas — The Waco Police Department says it has made two arrests in the investigation of a 3-month-old boy's questionable death on Wednesday, Nov. 29.
According to Waco PD, 33-year-old Skylynn Tuerk and 27-year-old Charles Harris were arrested on two counts of endangering a child for having meth easily accessible to children. An additional charge of possession of meth under 1 gram was administered.
Police say when officers arrived at the scene in the 4000 block of I-35 N., they found two children, one was a 3-month-old boy and the other was a 3-year-old girl who is now in Child Protective Services custody.
According to Waco PD, the boy was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There is currently no other information available at this time.
