HICO, Texas — Two people have been arrested on multiple charges after authorities executed a search warrant on a home in Hico on June 25, according to the Bosque County Sheriff's Office (BCSO).
BCSO stated deputies, assisted by the Hico Police Department, executed a search warrant on Poplar Street in Hico on Tuesday, June 25 following a "lengthy" investigation into narcotics trafficking allegedly occurring in multiple jurisdictions.
BCSO said investigators arrested Oran Daniel Singleton and Brandi Rogers on the scene.
While searching the home, BCSO said investigators found and seized methamphetamine, marijuana and "illegally possessed prescription pills", as well as firearms, some of which were allegedly identified as stolen.
BCSO said Singleton was taken to the Bosque County Jail and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, a 1st degree felony; Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, 3rd degree felony; Unlawful Possession of Metal or Body Armor by Felon, a 3rd degree felony and Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Rogers was also reportedly taken to the Bosque County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, a 2nd degree felony; Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, a 3rd degree felony; Unlawful Possession of Metal or Body Armor by Felon, a 3rd degree felony and Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Class A Misdemeanor.
