Temple home invasion: 2 men shot after armed group breaks into home at Kensington Apartments, police say

Police were called around 1:15 a.m. to the complex on Fryers Creek Drive.

Two men were shot Monday during a home invasion in Temple.

Police were called around 1:15 a.m. to the Kensington Apartments on Fryers Creek Drive. Police said four men forced their way into the home and started shooting before they ran away. 

Two men were found in an apartment with gunshot wounds. 

The victims were taken to Baylor Scott and White Medical Center. They are expected to be OK.

It is unclear what was stolen.

The group of men has not been arrested, police said.
