BELTON, Texas — The owner of a massage parlor in Belton has been arrested for indecent assault, according to the Belton Police Department.
Belton PD stated DeMarr Lowe Thomas, the owner of The Retreat Therapeutic Massage in Belton, was arrested on July 2 for an incident that allegedly took place in late June while he was giving a massage at his business.
Police said this is the third victim to come forward with allegations.
Thomas was previously arrested for sexual assault at the same business in September 2022, according to Belton Police, after the first victim came forward and reported the incident. After the first incident was reported by media, a second victim came forward, police said. A warrant was then issued for Thomas for indecent assault.
Police said Thomas was out on bond for both charges at the time of this alleged assault.
