Killeen shooting victim identified, police say

Police said a man was shot in the 2100 block of N W.S. Young Drive on July 18.

KILLEEN, Texas — Willie BWillie Bibbins IV has been identified as the man who was shot in Killeen on Thursday, July 18, according to Killeen Police Department.

According to police he was 21-years-old.

Killeen PD stated officers were called to the 2100 block of N W.S. Young Dr at around 4:40 p.m. in response to an alleged shooting.

When officers arrived, they found an unconscious man who had been shot. Police said the man was pronounced dead at 6:30 p.m.

Police are reportedly investigating the case as a homicide.

Tips to Crime Stoppers are confidential and anonymous, said KPD, and tips that lead to the arrest of the person or persons responsible could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
