KILLEEN, Texas — The Killeen Police Department is investigating its 11th homicide of the year.
Shortly before 3 p.m. Monday, December 25, Killeen PD were called to the 1400 block of N. College Street about a man who had been shot.
Killeen EMS tried to save the male's life but he died at the scene. His body was taken to the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences in Dallas for an autopsy.
Police are not identifying the victim until his family is notified.
