PLANTERSVILLE, Grimes County — Three individuals were arrested as part of an early morning narcotics search warrant in the Grimes County area on Thursday.
According to the Grimes County Sheriff's Office, the warrant was executed at an address on Mossy Knoll Drive in Plantersville around 5:45 a.m. by the Grimes County Sheriff's Office Tactical and Containment Team (TACT) and were able to find the suspect they were looking to arrest, Johnny Figueroa.
There were two others that were also arrested alongside Figueroa: Morgan Kiser, who was found to be in possession of narcotics, and Sarah Murphy, who had an active warrant out of Harris County for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
According to the Sheriff's Office, both Kiser and Figueroa were magistrated on $4,000 and $70,000 bonds respectively, while Murphy has not been given bond. All three have been booked into the Grimes County Jail.
As part of the warrant, authorities managed to seize just under half a pound of illegal substances. 178 grams of methamphetamine, 3.7 grams of amphetamine pills, 3.6 grams of Xanax, 11.3 grams of Hydrocodone, 3.8 grams of crack cocaine, and 3 ounces of marijuana.
In total, the trio's charges include:
- Johnny Figueroa
- First-Degree Felony charge of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance
- Third-Degree Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Second-Degree Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Class A Misdemeanor charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Class A Misdemeanor charge of Possession of Marijuana in an amount between 2 and 4 ounces
- Morgan Kiser
- State Jail Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Sarah Murphy
- Third-Degree Felony charge related to an active warrant from Harris County
