KILLEEN, Texas — On April 7, a man that was drunk behind the wheel of a car got into a multi-car wreck in Killeen, killing 45-year-old Donald Daniel Eagen.
Multiple months later, when the case had made its way through the Bell County District Attorney's Office, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Jarian Webster Isby, the man behind the crash and death of Donald Eagen. However, Isby was no longer in Texas, and was believed to be in Illinois, according to the Killeen Police Department.
On Tuesday, the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force Illinois Division found and arrested Isby around 8:50 a.m. He has been charged with Intoxication Manslaughter and is awaiting extradition to Bell County, according to Killeen PD.
