LACY LAKEVIEW, Texas — Police arrested a man in Lacy Lakeview Monday, Aug. 19, for "online solicitation of a minor".
22-year-old Oscar Romero-Robles is in custody facing 2nd degree felony charges.
According to Texas law office Saputo Toufexis, the second degree felony of "online solicitation of a minor" is when someone sends sexual messages or "ask[s], demand[s] or [tries] to convince" a child under the age of 14 to engage in sexual activity.
